the hotel is gorgeous with a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful location on the summit. romantic rooms, free wi-fi is a huge plus! we would have extended the stay as had a really comfortable time and loved the property.

The location of the hotel was remote, right by farm next door to the property as well as nature. Furthermore, in a rain forest.

The highlight of our trip was climbing Mount Batur, and the staff helped us arrange a guide and breakfast at the summit. The swimming pool and facilities were a big plus after our adventure. The location had a stunning view of the nearby volcano. The staff also organized a dedicated trip for us at a reasonable price. The owner, Deeta, was incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable during our entire stay. The sunrise hike was spectacular, and our guide, Jack Wild, was the absolute best. We had an amazing stay here! The view of the great Mount Batur was breathtaking, and the location felt like a paradise. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even taking us on a free tour of the local area. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the banana juice. The design of the room and bathroom was cool and added to the overall charm of the place.

There were a few flies around, which is understandable since it's on a working farm, but it didn't really bother us. The outdoor shower had a bit of an unpleasant smell, and the vanity was a bit too high.

The room had a fully equipped kitchen, so I could cook my own meals and save some money. The patio with pool views was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Having a private bathroom with a hot tub in my unit was definitely a luxurious touch. The seating area in the double room was cozy and comfortable, creating a nice space to unwind. Waking up to mountain views in the double room was absolutely breathtaking.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathrobe provided in the twin room.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, arranging a trek up to Mt Batur and providing a great driver for our travels.

The view of Mount Batur from our accommodation was absolutely stunning. We woke up to the sight of the mountain every morning and it was truly breathtaking. The rooms were neat and clean, with plenty of towels and a lovely open shower. The pool was a great way to cool off after sunbathing, and the temperature was perfect. We also enjoyed the homestay feel, as we could see the ladies cooking our food on the family table. The staff and family made us feel like part of their family, always ensuring that everything was okay. We booked a sunrise walk with a tour guide, and it was an amazing experience. Starting at 3:30am, we were treated to breathtaking views at the top of Mount Batur. In the evenings, we even had the opportunity to unwind by playing FIFA. The owner has done a fantastic job with the place. If we ever find ourselves back in Batur, we will definitely visit again.

Incredible hospitality, owner helped with ATM, free area tour, organized Mt Batur hike, cooked delicious BBQ dinners. Comfortable rooms, especially bed for rest. Outdoor bathrooms with powerful hot showers. Owner even offered reduced fee drive to Ubud. Lovely experience with kind and generous owners.
